      Pros

      Revenue specialist day and that's about all.

      This company has the most expensive insurance benefits ever. They have the worse PTO system in place. They promote the worse supervisors/managers they can possibly find. I would recommend this job only if you are friends with someone at the top, if not you will never recieve recognition, nor a promotion. The turnover rate is extremely high and is currently climbing. The good reviews did not come from any employee. The breakroom talks will let you know this is inaccurate. The bonus structure is the worse. You collect the company millions, they pay you 100 dollar per month. The nasty attitudes of the managers will be the fall of this company. Dont dare report it to HR they will tell the manager your complaint and they will ride you until you quit pretty much. Granted, they do try to make it better but when you lack professionalism, it wont work. There are several companies in the greater Nashville area, just dont choose this one. Dont let them tell you, you have the option to work from home because if your manager doesn't like you, you won't!

      Pros

      Quarterly celebrations. Casual dress code.

      Cons

      The management will be the death of this company. HR is a total joke and they are probably the ones leaving good reviews. HR doesn't respect privacy on issues, and tell the supervisors every complaint. I have never worked for such a place that promotes petty and catty behavior. You'd think that you're clocking in for high school everyday. The upper management of the company doesn't care that the whole company is falling apart, they only care about getting paid. People are leaving the company left and right. The management talk to the employees like dogs and will stop at nothing to humiliate you. They pitch core values that no ones follows or believesi. The benefits are the worst that I have ever seen. I would NEVER recommend someone to work here.
