Pros
Great overall company culture. They embrace diversity and they always try to think of new events that the company as a whole can do. Has a "campus" feel to the organization, since you would have to walk to other buildings to get to various departments. Very lax environment, can listen to music and step away from desk if necessary.
Cons
The downfall to the company is who you may end up with for management. Depending on who you get as a supervisor/manager, you will be subjected to micro-management and your daily and monthly productivity and money goals are the driving force behind whether you stay or go. Also company goals are sometimes obtainable, but at times can be unreasonable and discouraging. Rewards for meeting goal are a slap in the face, at times.
