Pros

endpoint employees are extremely friendly and always willing to help each other out. Whether it is training opportunities or offering a helping hand to someone who is busy, our coworkers are always more than willing to help out. endpoint offers great upper mobility. The company and your manager is always helping you look for your next step. They are willing to create positions that will benefit you and the company. They care for their employees and their employees growth. They want you to succeed and are willing to help you get to where you want to be. The startup atmosphere has always been a plus for me. They are flexible with your working hours, allowing you to work from home when needed, but most of all upper management listens. If you have a new idea they are more than happy to listen and help you implement it. You feel like your voice is being heard and not going into a big black box. I have worked for big cooperation and always felt like I was just another number. endpoint makes you feel like a real human and values your opinions

Cons

Because endpoint is still in the startup mentality sometimes the work becomes a little much. It forces you to learn a work life balance and when to ask for help. I find myself working long hours at times but always balances out. I also feel this comes with the industry since it is a high stress industry. Training is something that has been improving over the years and still needs some work. When an employee first starts the overall training is provided to learn the basics of the company but then it is up to your manager on how training will play out from there. I never feel as if I do not receive enough training but you have to be willing to learn

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your insightful points and your passion for the organization. We agree, and have found the people to be a large part of what makes endpoint special. There is a lot of opportunity, areas to grow and things we are focusing on to grow our talent and teams – and you hit the nail on the head with Training. A big part of staying focused on the right priorities is listening to feedback like this, from our current and past employees. We take your feedback seriously as an organization, and it gives us more to think about as we build upon our Training Programs. Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.

Pros

In my opinion, Endpoint has a fun and relaxed office atmosphere. We are one of the front runners of the Clinical Trials/IRT industry. Most days I actually enjoy coming into work because of the company's culture and the people who work here (much more than I can say about anywhere else I have worked). The culture is oriented around making timelines with a high quality product. With that said, I would say that I average about a 40-hour week, some being 50 and others 30. No one is watching the amount of time you spend in the office. Management is checking to make sure the job is done well at the end of the day. I never stop learning and developing my knowledge of our product and truly am happy that I work here.

Cons

The office can be rather empty around long weekends and on Fridays because of a fairly lenient work from home policy (Not a bad thing, but TGIF is sad sometimes). One of the conference rooms sounds like it has an ice machine in the air duct.

You hit many of the things that we are striving towards as a company in 2016 and beyond: enjoyable work environment, company culture, high quality product, customer satisfaction, and employee development. We appreciate your feedback on the Work from Home policy and how it can impact the office at times. We are reviewing this currently. We agree a buzz and vibe in the office helps get things done. Thanks for your review.

Thank you for your feedback. We feel well positioned for our next phase of growth thanks to our talented workforce. It is unfortunate that you were unable to find work/life balance while at endpoint. We don’t want burned out and stressed out employees. Balancing it all isn’t always easy, but it is necessary.
