      Pros

      Comfortable Corporate Office One of the few professional employers in an otherwise depressed area You could “survive” here forever if you’re not really looking for anything stimulating or any type of growth.

      Cons

      Upper Management that only cares about lining their own pockets Absolutely no employee development programs HR Department is totally ineffective; going to them generally makes your problem worse

      Pros

      Decent pay for area. Good medical coverage. Most co-workers were fun and entertaining.

      Cons

      Management, HR, lots of false information. I was offered a 4 day 10 hour shift. New to manufacturing business so did not realize that it was actually 5 days at 10 hours and 1 day at 8. Also was not advised that layoffs happen frequently once company is caught up in orders.

      Pros

      You can get a job and work. The salary will keep the food on your table. 401k will let you buy supersize meals at McDonald.

      Cons

      Abusive management and no career development. My paycheck pay me for being abused (70%) and being overtime (30%).
