Poorly managed and ethically bankrupt

Pros

Benefits were solid. I would rate them zero stars but it will not allow it.

Cons

Management over my department was weak at best. Company (including HR) doesn't mind ethical misconduct by management which I thought was shocking for a company that size. Professional development is non existent and there is little room to grow.

Corporate is money hungry and can care less about how hard they work their employees. For no more money than a 3%raise. COME ON! We need undercover boss.

Pros

Pros, there's nice lady's behind you in the office and there's a good service manager, but, he doesn't have a lot of say in a whole lot.

Cons

Cons, to many morons like Francisco at the top of the spectrum that haven't a clue what they are doing. Sort of a learn as you go mentality while the office staff and technicians take all the hits for him. One of the most selfish idiots you could possibly come across who will screw every customer he can just to make an extra 5cents. It's really to bad, could be a great company with the right people in charge.
