Pros

The people here are great to work with, the company is not that large so you really get to know a lot of people and how things function, which is great. Team work, is also very positive and anyone is willing to lend a hand. They also have some pretty good perks for a company of their size.

Cons

Mid level managers, are far from world class here, I personally felt like just a number, and career development is not a thing here nor is being promoted unless you were buddy buddy with your manager, I know others who felt the same. Pay is low compared to anywhere else with a similar position , it’s frustrating seeing them pay celebrities to speak at events, when they won’t even match inflation when yearly reviews come around. The company could be great, but many people use this company as a launching pad to other opportunities because they do not know how to treat/retain employees other than on surface level perks.

Low pay for hard work

Pros

Flexible schedule at first but hard to get any time off

Cons

In the beginning I was very optimistic as they allowed me to choose my hours. You are required to work 20 hours a week but you do need to work either a Sat or Sunday. They give you benefits with only working part time which is also great. Their attendance policy is pretty strict but you can trade your shift with other agents and also pick up hours. As time went on we started to get so busy that it was just back to back incoming calls which you have to be available at all times other than your allotted break time or it will hurt your phone adherence ( This affects your ability to level up if it is low) After 2 1/2 years I reached the highest level possible and pay which was only $14.50 per hour so I felt little reward for my hard work and just got burned out. My advice to anyone is only commit to 20 hours and then add more if you would like to because there are always shifts to pick up anytime of the day or night.

Pros

Great benefits Wonderful work culture Just raised half a billion dollars!

Cons

Pay increases are almost non existent even after raising half a billion dollars and being on the implementation departments that generates a lot of revenue for the company.
