      They do not care

      Pros

      The job is really flexible (so they say) and it is a work at home job

      Cons

      You get paid $11 an hour and trainers promise pay raises after probation is done. You probably will not get the pay raise or the level up. If anyone needs time off they say they will approve in advance THEY WILL NOT they will require you to find coverage. Whenever you have computer issues at home workforce will be quick to give you negative impact occurences but when you and your manager are messaging them for 2 months to get it fixed they will not get it fixed and will never respond. You need emergency time off for children who get COVID and cannot take care of themselves they will not give you time off.

      Pros

      Entrata has created an incredible product and seems to have really positioned themselves incredibly well in the market. Has been really fun to learn about some of the history and what everyone here has done

      Cons

      Lots of change at the top - no one is sure what it means, lots of talking in generalities but little hard facts. Large capital raise but still no stock - great job guys we made a lot but you didn’t and won’t. Old leaders seemed to disappear and have little to no voice anymore and all new faces calling all shots without much direction or understanding. Maybe this is par for the course but has felt more unstable than it ever has and weaker with all the new leaders not stronger. Again maybe growing pains but all seems very odd

      Remote work option, Fun people to work with

      Cons

      Pay- $11 an hour to start? Are you kidding me? McDonald's, Wendy's, and In and Out have better starting pay and some are offering hiring bonuses. For a large company expected to become a Unicorn at some point, that's pathetically low. Mandatory overtime. If you paid people better, you wouldn't have to "pitch" overtime as a way to make extra money.
