Gain good experience for resume

Cons

No long term strategy for company to become a true software company. CEO only cares about hitting current year numbers with no long term investment to really be able to compete with major players in cyber security space. Senior leadership is clueless and has no idea how bad culture is within departments. Lots of politics .This place will take years off your life with all the "high priority items" that need to happen with very little gain. They do not promote from within and have a hard time maintaining good talent. Usually the good ones leave after a year.

Great experience, interesting products, good culture.

Cons

Low pay in Engineering. Benefits are behind similar sized companies in the area. HR tries to push culture to make up for low pay. Hardware engineering is often overlooked as CEO wants this to be a software company. Raises delayed 6 months due to an issue company had 3 years ago and they still haven't adjusted it back.

Not much to say here. If you ask anyone with an office they would pay themselves on the shoulder and tell you how wonderful they are and things are great, due to not listening to the people!

Cons

The leaders in this company do not acknowledge the people who do the work. The longer you are here the more invisible you become, seem backwards, but this is the culture they have created. The managers are as dumb as they come. No collaboration and process is not in their vocabulary.
