Promotions and assignments are based on your ‘corporate image’ and if your one of the managers favorites, not your sales results or hitting KPIs. Second year in a row they have cancelled employee engagement assessments because they expect them to be so bad. Continue to lay off employees to cut costs while adding more work to already overburdened employees. The reduction of people has hurt the service they are able to deliver to customers.

Everything. If anyone is considering a job here I would strongly advise against it. All current employees not laid off now should also start looking elsewhere.
