Pros
It is an excellent place to work for a few months to put on your resume you have experience in the field so you can land any other job in the industry, as working here will burn you out
Cons
The work/life balance is thrown out the window straight into traffic. Mandatory shift changes with TOIL days, so they don't have to pay overtime. You'll have over 100 accounts within weeks of starting there as the company is a revolving door, primarily due to poor management and even poorer pay. Any other similar role, pays about 20k+ more than EPOS caps you at Worked there for 2 years and I saw 3 people move into higher roles within the company while almost all senior entry level employees left in that same amount of time along with a few directors and team leaders
