Senior Leadership causes chaos in the organization.

Pros

Work with great people, providing a valuable service to customers. Pay is good, benefits are good and there is a fair amount of work life balance.

Cons

Senior Leaders are out of touch with the reality of the operation. Instead of holding individuals accountable, they go to others in the organization to do the work. This causes a culture of frustration and finger pointing. If I can get them to look at what you're not doing right then they will leave me a lone.

Pros

Competitive pay including base plus bonuses, and stock purchase discounts. Prizes like movie tickets and electronic devices. Employee discounts, low cost medical benefits with multiple options. Employer sponsered events such as a company picnic with great food and games. Free lunch from nice places and overtime if I volunteer to work through my lunch. Low stress environment for a call center. Good management most of the time. Integrity is highly desired a and encouraged. A culturally diverse environment with offices throughout the world. Friendly and helpful coworkers. Dual monitors on all computers, gym, dry cleaning services, waking trails, and free bicycle rentals. Profitable and well established company with room for advancement.

Cons

Technology is outdated in some areas and makes it harder to be efficient. Some employees are bitter because they do not want to change or are lazy. Work schedule changes constantly. You only know your schedule about 2 weeks in advance. You may start work at 7:55 AM on Monday, then 10:15 AM on Tuesday, 9:30 AM Wednesday, 8:15 AM Thursday, and 10:00 AM Friday. In addition to your 30 of 45 minute unpaid lunch you only get two paid 10 minute breaks. As in any customer service job some customers are rude and unreasonable.

Pros

Salary not bad, PTO ok co workers pleasant

Cons

Everyone is evaluated and (threatened) every other week. Micro managed every minute of your day (supposed to be a professional position which requires Series 7, 66 and Life/Health licensing) Salary was NOT worth being treated like a 4 year old. Even though this is a relatively new department, (5 yrs) management has no clear focus / game plan and expectations changed regularly. What you were doing correctly one day, was totally incorrect the next. If you can work under those conditions, I wish you well!
