Worst company i have ever worked for.. Management has no clue how to run their business

Pros

Their are a few key people that want to take this company to the next level. Unfortunatly long time employees in senior positions refuse to listen.

Cons

Unwilling to do the basics to serve their customers. Too many legacy employees that are unwilling to realize that their ways are outdated and systems are inadequate. The owner has too many other businesses and lacks focus in order to make this one succeed. Conpany culture in CA office is horrible and if you are not of a certain ethnic background you are not taken seriously.

The work area was kept clean with a very strategic way for their assembly line. Workers are motivated to work.

Cons

The company is competing with company like dell who can produce the same computer at a much lower cost.

Pros

Company is growing currently. Strong profits posted last year, 2011.

Cons

Profits have doubled but salaries have not. work constantly is dumped on you even though that not in you're job description. Very cheap company, will not reward hard work. Too many politics for a company who states they are dedicated to the workers. Very little upward mobility if any always seem to hire outside the company. Too many wanna be bosses but none will help only point fingers.
