      Pros

      Get to work with animals and great co workers that I now consider friends

      Cons

      Management. Pay. Overworked. Management only cares about the money in their pocket and could careless about the staff on the floor. They are too busy growing than to care about employees. Long hours, but don’t compensate for us being overworked!

      I appreciate your thoughts and am disappointed that you didn't feel well cared for while at Ethos. We have hired our first dedicated compensation analyst to advance our work on compensation initiatives including reviewing pay of all roles in all hospitals and making appropriate adjustments. In addition, we've also launched a community fund that any team member can access based on financial needs. Thank you for your contributions while you were a part of Ethos. - Holly

      Pros

      Only pro that I took out of this is the ability to work with animals.

      Cons

      East coast bias. Unreceptive to new ideas. If its not an idea from the east coast, it's a horrible idea. Very combative and don't value the input from their staff.

      Pros

      Ethos truly cares about its people. They have been absolutely amazing at supporting employees through this pandemic. I have worked at other large veterinary organizations and I am happy to say that Ethos is different (in a really good way)!

      Cons

      Every company has issues and Ethos is no exception. However, overall they are supportive, transparent, and truly care! I would not work anywhere else.
