Company culture is ridiculously wrong no communication on ever end. They tried to implement a corporate social responsibility program to make employees feel heard and involved. It never worked. Very disorganized and bad leadership ego's everywhere. They never listen to there employees. As they say the left hand doesn't communicate with the right hand. Always promising and never delivering! You can't trust the management they won't support you in anyway. In the years working there I have never seen so much turn over in a cooperate setting as I seen there! And lastly the owner B. Evans no respect never give any employees the time of day, maybe this is why there is so much turn over. It start from the top! Overall experiences a one star defiantly stay away from this company.
