Staff to resident ratio is not good. The staff get mandated a lot and sometimes it's last minute.

When going to management on concerns they make it out like it's your fault. They allow others to get away with things brush allot under the rug. Management is too young and very clicky! They thrive and you telling gossip about other employees and not caring what is going on with the residents. You never see them unless state is there then they act like they do something. They don't even know the residents name. I'm embarrassed to work for this company! They don't appreciate their staff that's why they all keep leaving. Only here for the residents.
