      Great environment to work in, awesome coworkers and the residents and families are great.

      Cons

      Managers have no idea what goes on.

      Pros

      Competitive pay, well equipped, flexible work schedule - I was able to do every other weekend as a part time employee which was perfect for someone who was a student at the time.

      Cons

      My floor was stretched pretty thin at times.There is a lot of turnover in nursing so you need to be flexible with your time, people constantly getting trained in.

      Pros

      Love the residents and the variety of patients that come through the TCU. It's a very nice facility to work in. Enjoy most of the people I work with. Wages are good with additional shift differentials. Benefits okay.

      Cons

      Staffing can be an issue. When understaffed there is lots of animosity. As a medication nurse I feel like I don't know enough about the people I'm dispensing meds to. Management not involved enough, not a lot of interest in what's going on.
