Big disconnect between upper management to lower management

People I worked with were hard working, focused. Wanting and trying to improve things.

Cons

Huge disconnect with what upper management, and the reality of the business unit had going on. Lots of pass the responsibility to someone us on the business side. Too much fire fighting. No room to isolate a team to work on rebuilding.
