Horrible Leadership. Toxic. OK product.

Pros

Some of the people were really great. The benefits and flexibility are great too.

Cons

Leadership is AWFUL. The entire company has huge turnover and it stems from the poor leadership. Some department leaders look down on other departments and are insanely rude and condescending when asked questions. The product is unreliable and clients are constantly mad. The morale of the teams were really bad and added to the toxic work environment. Leadership and coworkers were gossipers and never promoted from within, always outside hired and they'd end up quitting soon after. Stay away.

Pros

- free coffee, sodas, sparkling water, and snacks - friendly co-workers - office events - everyone is helpful and willing to pitch in - CEO is very engaged in the office and cares about the employees as people

Cons

-office is super crowded due to Florida closure - product is complicated and there's a large learning curve - the new COO doesn't value employees or the culture- if she is in charge people will leave in large groups

High turnover across all teams (Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Development) Newer executive leadership does not fit company culture and has created a toxic work environment (COO and CRO) Smoking mirrors with new products It’s undeniable and is being seen in internal employee reviews - there is a widespread unhappiness across our company
