      Pros

      The pros are spa services and the yoga or barre classes if your into them . I've met amazing people working here guest and staff but if this company was run better

      Disorganized under payed turn over rate Yes there is great room for growth because someone is always quiting makes you wonder! Once I got promoted to upper management position I learned why corporate stand point they suck benefits sucks once stuck in salary they just abuse and use you cut the hourly employees and have you work instead expected me to travel to manage and work at a location 3 hours a way with no extra pay and and expense check that you will not get till a month later. There are to many cooks in the kitchen rolling out to many promotions every months can't focus on one

We believe our benefits programs are in line with industry standards and comparable to companies our size. As a business we must remain flexible in order to respond to downturns and changes in the marketplace. That flexibility has allowed exhale to thrive for over 10 years and remain one of the leaders in the spa and fitness industry. We fairly compensate our associates for their hard work and expenses. We have a team approach to our business that provides support to the units on a daily basis from corporate management all the way to the unit level managers. We are sorry you had a less than stellar experience at exhale. But we wish you the best and again thank you for your comments. We can only learn and grow through an open and honest dialogue with our guests and our associates. So thank you again.

Municipal and State ordinances shift the dynamic of operating our business in the region almost yearly. We do pride ourselves on a very strong organization capable of adapting to each region we are in. We also recognize the challenges we face as a growing company. We embrace them, learn from our mistakes, and work hard to come back better and stronger. We appreciate all of our associates who contribute to that strength.       Loved working with the hotel team! Great group of people who work as a team.

      Cons

      If you have a difference of opinion on something and politely voice that you disagree with a view point, then you are reprimanded. Treated unfairly and disrespected by leaders who are supposed to set an example, extremely degrading when spoken to and unprofessional work environment. Very disorganized company with no clear expectations

We understand fully that all of our associates have differing opinions on matters, but also work to come to a reasonable solution that satisfies everyone's needs. We act upon what we know about. We have an employee communications system on our internal site, The Intranet, that allows all of our associates to make comments and suggestions completely anonymously.
