Pros

It only took me 15 mins to get to work

Cons

Management is terrible. Looking back I would have been better off being unemployed. I was belittled and borderline harassed. I was warned about the ESI culture but I thought it was just coming from disgruntled employees , I am here to tell you that it was worse than I ever expected. I did the job of three people and never received as much as a thank you. ESI absolutely lives up to it's reputation. If you are reading this because you are contemplating a career with this organization, RUN I promise you can do better.

Pros

Good salary, work from home, although it appears they are pulling back on that flexibility

Cons

Constantly tout work life balance, but then give assignments that make that impossible. Very long hours, and usually only hear from management if they are unhappy. Express Scripts idea of saving money is simply to fire people. Fire one overpaid executive, save 10 jobs.

Pros

Decent benefits and average pay. Work at home is good if you have it available in your department. More supervisors who care than those who don't.

Cons

There is no such thing as having a schedule that you were hired to work. There are schedule bids constantly and your tenure means nothing!
