Pros

pay and benefits.....only because we were Medco before last 2 years of closing. There were no pros for Express

Cons

Bully type management. Company always talking of being lean, which really means being cheap. Did nothing for their employees. Always adding new changes to your job title, which was a way to set you up for failure.

The 401K match plan and low cost of medical benefit plans available to employees. There are some great people who work for this company. Unfortunately, none of them are in leadership positions to make the impact this company needs to remain relevant among the competition.

Cons

No work life Balance Poor direction from leadership Employee attrition due to unbalanced workloads and responsibilities between departments No accountability from internal teams Deplorable work culture with little to no recognition and leadership by management at any level
