Pros

Work from home. Impossible bonuses.

Cons

Call monitoring is degrading bonuses are impossible your being setup on calls to make bonuses impossible, complicated calls are capped to 8minute anything above that you get scrutinized for. Under trained dealing with Medicare recipients and insurance we have no clue of what we are doing. Told to follow millions of pages of so called guides that never give guidance for complicated calls which are so stressful dealing with insurance claims we do not get paid like an insurance agent and we definitely are not trained enough. Not sure why Medicare allows this.
