Pros

Solid experience and patient managers if you are new. Easy work for okay pay.

Cons

Poor pay for skilled and strong employees. Management is weak and doesn't fight for employees. Customers and employees lose for the benefit of leaders who do nothing.

Opportunity to work from home

Cons

Recruiter was not clear about work schedule. When we were 3 days from finishing training, we picked our schedule from a paper that other people got to pick from as well. The further down you get picked, the worse the remaining schedules were.
