Pros

As an Account Manager, I'm afforded the opportunity to work virtually. This has afforded me the opportunity to relocate back to where my extended family is located while continuing to work for a great company.

Cons

Could be a titch more competitive in terms of pay in the industry

Pros

The reward of knowing I'm helping people obtain the medications that are needed; assisting pharmacists, adjusters & prescribers with the proper care of their patients/clients. Educating people can be very rewarding.

Cons

Dealing with lazy people that assist as little as possible(my coworkers or others). Pharmacies that refuse to call to assist patients with medication authorizations and doctor's offices that refuse to fax/call in prescription for their patients or insist on a fee for faxing presciptions.
