The call center is very fast paced, CSR's take over 100 calls per day. Members can be rather rude and insensitive, screaming and cussing about issues the CSR's have no control over and had no hand in. Supervisors change constantly. The turn over rate is high. Metrics have to be met. You are micromanaged. The pay is low in comparison to the companies expectations. You can not recommend that an angry member speak with a supervisor so you sit and listen to them talk down to you and degrade you. Not worth the stress and anxiety!
