The benefits were amazing! Listen to music all day. When calling out you never have to speak with anyone just leave a message.

Cons

The pay is awful. Starting is $10/hr. Only a 50c raise a yr. I worked there 7 years and only made 2.50 more than when I started. Horrible supervisors. Also a union job so you can't negotiate anything.

Pros

independent work by yourself on a computer all day (which could actually be good or bad depending on the person), mostly stress free, good for benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Cons

the pay is very low. the treatment of employees who have been there for 15+ years is very disheartening. They fired someone who wasn't hitting their numbers who had worked there for quite a while. (this person had health conditions!!!)

Cons

Human resources officer got walked off the premises after being fired.. Very fishy.
