      Pros

      There were no pros to this job. When it was Medco it was slightly tolerable but Express Scripts "merged" with Medco and it became a nightmare. It really earned it's ranking as 2nd worst company to work for.

      Cons

      Super micromanaged. The management was lazy and incompetent. They brought in more and more management. I can't stress the absurdity enough, it was like Office Space. I had 5 tiers of management in the building alone. The people who actually do work are treated horribly. Disrespect and threatened. The pay is crap. I was fed so many lies about raises and bonuses. Never happened. I was asked to come back.. I'd rather be homeless.

      It started off really well. After they began closing down sites, it went downward.

      Great Supervisors, staff friendliness, able to interact with upper management, tuition reimbursement, health insurance, security, overall great environment to work in

      Cons

      VTO (often time is spent just sitting because there is no work to do), low work volume, schedule flexibility, promotion opportunities are limited depending on where you start,

      Pros

      Environment can be very chill and friendly. Once you get the system down its easy to get through the day.

      Cons

      Although the program changes are easy to adapt to sometimes they're too frequent and the work can become redundant really fast. The micromanaging is very off-putting. Some employees try colors show when opportunities arise for advancement. productivity goals are often raised before the original ones are met.
