They're a big name, so I guess they'll look good on your resume.

Cons

Bad pay, bad management, do not care about their employees. They don't care if you have a life outside of work. I don't know that there is anything bad about a workplace that I could NOT say about this company.

Pros

Tim Wentworth seems to be a decent guy; he gives me hope. The salary is decent and bonuses are good if you qualify for them.

Cons

Everything else about this company is pretty bad. They continue to downsize departments, requiring the next one up to take on the work of the previous department, with MINIMAL training. Clients are gong to start seeing serious issues with their service because so many areas are suffering from lack of knowledge and support.

Nothing has changed with ESI. They still do not value its employees and employers do not believe in the company. Multiple issues with utilizing overseas team who continue to make errors. They are pushing for managers to write good reviews so they can ensue it shoes improvement and in hopes of a bonus

Cons

Everything. This is the worst managed company. Leadership is non existent. They continue to do re work due to mistakes made by the overseas team who they pay overtime. Sad for everyone that works here. Everyone is looking for a new job.
