Pros

- WHEN they give out bonuses they tend to be pretty good - Nice facilities (which is good because you pretty much live there!) - State of the art pharmacy

Cons

- Lack of advancement opportunities - NO work/life balance - Obscene turnover rate - Very cliquish environment - They don't get rid of directors based on performance, they tend to just move them from one department to another...

Pros

-there are some smart people who work there, who are open to new concepts and ways of working -there are some easy to use tools, since they are huge microsoft users (i.e. sharepoint, infopath, project, etc) -they have a really nice campus here in st louis, and a nice office space

Cons

-their matrix environment is overkill. The org chart means almost nothing at times, because there are so many relationships to manage and maintain -There are constantly PMs asking you for status to the point where you almost do not need to do your job, they will do it for you! lol!
