Pros

If the advertised culture and values were truly in tact at all levels, would be a great place to work.

Cons

Expected to work practically around the clock. Below industry salary. Very depressing place to work as most are overworked and under appreciated.

Pros

Its a paycheck. Can't really say much more then it beats nit working. Will have to deal with it until next jib somewhere else.

Cons

Upper management does not care about employees. No work/life balance. Not looking to retain hi value assets. Review process is a popularity contest, forget hard work getting you anywhere. Its a house of cards, its a mystery how its still in business.

Pros

My coworkers are the best thing about that job. I love seeing my friends everyday and they are wonderful, friendly people who make the time more bearable.

Cons

The company is so big don't expect to be noticed by management unless someone doesn't like you, then you will always find yourself in a predicament. My manager for 2 years was on my tail so much I got FMLA for stress because of her. When she finally was promoted and I got a new supervisor I was so used to the old way of things I would sneak and hide if I saw her coming while I was on break. I assume it was PTSD from when I was under the dragon lady. What was more unfortunate I think was the fact that there is no check and balance system. When I raised my concerns with HR that she was setting me up to get fired which she was, their response was to tell her what I said and I heard them tell her "You handle it." Needless to say she was not pleased with me after that. The only way I kept my job for the following year while I was still under her was FMLA, remaining stone faced, never spoke to ANYONE and just play dead most of the time. Thinking now how she treated me because I was intelligent and she was threatened by me; it makes me sad and I honestly want to cry about it because I was a great employee and no one above her would check her behavior and now she is upper management.
