Employees are spread way too thin. Each employee is doing the job of AT LEAST two people. There is no room for mistakes. If you make one mistake you are singled out and written up. They preach work/life balance but they demand so much of your time that when you spend time with family (vacation, etc.) you are spending days to catch up.

Due to merger there are growing pains. Allow could be reviewed as a con in this economy a stable organization.
