Huge Improvements being made
Pros
Work life balance (finally), employee incentives and recognition, National work at home program, pay is competitive, eligible for benefits before 3 months **I have worked here for over 5 years and in the beginning things were ok, mostly because the benefits pretty much saved my family financially when my husband needed expensive health treatments for 6 months. My leaders were willing to work with my schedule to accomadate me. Things took a turn south about 3 years in. Very little employee recognition was given, the bonuses sucked, and the work environment was stagnant. Starting in 2015 and more so this year (2016), senior leadership has been making a valiant effort in bringing up morale, providing better work life balance, paying better bonuses (still leaves something to be desired though) and giving better raises and even giving the building a new interior design with better equipment for the employees
Cons
Benefits have gotten more expensive and seem to cover less, bonuses still leave a little to be desired for us "little people", needing to work full 40 hour work weeks and sometimes with 10% or more overtime on top of that on holiday weeks and then coming in and not having the work to support it gets frustrating and seems like a huge waste of time
