Pros

It is a job that provides income and benefits.

Cons

People are treated as widgets and not humans. Communication is horrible. Leaders do not know how to lead and are stretched too thin. ESI believes high employee turnover is good.

Pros

In today's economy its a job that seems to be secure.

Cons

Poor management - Management is unapprochable and lacks good communication skills. Salary- The starting salary is low and raises are insulting. I was a top preformer last year, which meant I qualified for the highest percentage of a raise. What that ended up being was a 17 cent an hour raise. Meanwhile George Paz is one of the highest paid CEO's in the nation.

Pros

Unless you are on calls, you are allowed to listen to headphones while you work. Very casual. Tuition reimbursement and flexible scheduling available to fit school schedule. Fair pay for the job requirements.

Cons

Union environment with minimal opportunities for advancement. Little to no communication with union. Bonuses have been all but eliminated. Little to no recognition.
