      Pros

      1. I feel like I am part Ida team and not just a number to the organization 2. I know my opinion counts; might not always get implemented but people are listening 3. The culture at Accredo is phenomenal - we love our new Ops VPGM. We know her by name! 4. You just feel like what we do matters and bring apart of ESI is rewarding! 5. Started as a PCA and now I am in management position

      1. Benefits are high but better than nothing 2. Would like on site child care

      Pros

      I can't think of enough good things to merit a 20 word minimum. Checks never bounced. Earned time off was pretty good.

      Cons

      Couldn't take the time off that I earned. No work - life balance. Disjointed, paranoid management structure. I worked in St. Louis, reported to a manager in New Jersey, who reported to a director in St. Louis, who reported to a VP in New Jersey. A near total lack of meaningful communication. No sense of history or continuity. So many layoffs and job cuts that temp HR people were the norm to handle layoffs.

      Pros

      There's no efficiency target, work at your own pace. Flexible with hours depending on your circumstsnces. Chances of moving up in the company are very good.

      Cons

      The raises and bonuses are mediocre. It's a desk job and they don't provide ergo materials unless there's a dr's note.
