Pros
I would say a job is worth something, but not much else. Most people do work hard there
Cons
Very low pay. Too many lies from the top. Growth and expansion are in line, but no matter what, it's never going to change incentives for the employee. No matter how hard you work, it won't add up. If someone needs just a job, then hey this dumps for you. People knock over pills on the nasty floor and reuse them. You need special permission to use the bathroom. The whole HR process is a nightmare.
