Low hourly pay unless your a pharmacist, not many holidays off, tenure does not earn respect/render achievements, poor health care plan, penalized for being sick (doctors note doesn't stop you from receiving negative points on attendance), many changes in management and human resources team members caused mass confusion since nobody is experienced enough to know what the rules are. Lunch is not paid, no cafeteria on 2nd shift, mcdonalds is only alternative is you dont bring lunch. No matter the weather, the site does not close. (blizzards for example) Most of these changes occurred after Express Scripts acquired Medco, this information is true for the Whitestown, In location.
