Pros

Initially, the work environment was encouraging and there was a sense of pride to be had in the work--that didn't last. Management made themselves open at all hours and some managers would even provide you with their personal contact information in case of emergencies, but then they go so far as to try to 'friend' you in social media platforms with the outward intent of merely 'being friends' when they're actually using it to spy on you.

Cons

Management has a habit of lying and making up policies. It is painfully apparent that the least capable and least competent people are chosen to be managers. They have zero qualms with trying to spy on employees through social media platforms. Team Leads are just as bad, sometimes worse. One employee was unable to report what they felt was inappropriate behavior because one of the team leads would come to their cubicle and start playing with their hair like they were some sort of doll; it went unreported because all the managers and leads are all buddy-buddy. Absolutely disgusting. Management and Team Leads don't seem to have any problems cutting corners and breaking state pharmacy laws to simply "get the product out the door". Good luck trying to voice your concern, because you won't be listened to. If you attempt to persist, you become targeted as a 'problem' and you'll find yourself unable to meet any of the already crushing metrics. They will do anything to shut you up and shove you out if you voice an opinion that is even remotely not like theirs. Don't even think about taking a sick day; you'll either not be believed or you'll suddenly find yourself being told that you "should take FMLA". They'll claim that there is "required overtime" but then two days later they'll offer several hundred hours worth of "voluntary time off" (VTO). If you need your work week hours reduced, forget about it, because you'll just be screwed over--and once again, if you voice your opinion at all, you're targeted to be shut up and shoved out. Pay is insulting and pathetic for the workloads and the abuse of lower level employees being forced into working higher level queues. Low level employees are deliberately moved into higher level queues for months at a time but denied the higher level pay that goes with it. And for what is supposed to be a smoking-free property, there sure are a lot of fresh cigarette butts that still litter the outside seating areas and the parking lot.

Pros

Large company that tries to focus on pay for performance

Cons

High school. Unless you are a self promoting social butterfly, then it does not matter how good you perform. Your boss does not even rate your performance. His or her peers rate you based on their superficial interactions. Also, most people don't stay longer than 6 years.
