      One Day at a Time at Express Scripts.

      Pros

      Learning the different aspects of mail order pharmacy. I am thinking hard and really cannot find anything else to add that would be positive.

      Cons

      Supervisors who have been there few years are not open to changes to improve working environment. Some are verbally abusive to employees and do not really seem to understand the work that is needed to be done effectively and accurately, They just focus on numbers.

      Pros

      Pay is competitive, but benefits are slowly dwindling.

      Cons

      Hard to use PTO, supervisors are unsympathetic, since merging with Medco software doesn't work very often, they don't allow you to do your job to the best of your ability, they talk about integrity but push us to lie.

      Pros

      Great medical benefits and the option to purchase at a discounted rate.

      Cons

      Hard to advance.. No appreciation from Management or the Company. Most positions only start off around $11 - $12/hourly. Because the economy is a little shaky this company takes advantage of its employees and over work them. Most employees are on a anti depression agent from working here.
