Pros

Great for becoming aware of health care issues, like HIPAA and privacy, or being aware that some times medicine essential for allergic reactions or mental health stability and how to handle those issues.

Cons

Tracking can be an issue for mailed orders during busy seasons. Dealing with upset customers who did not know that their prescription insurance has limits at the local pharmacy so they have to start mail orders to get the medicine covered by insurance after 3 fills or when the medicine needs additional information to be approved for a Prior Authorization to fill, having to explain the process. I do think having it not be a well known type of service has made customers more annoyed when they call.
