No room to grow, be promoted, they work you like a horse, you get your pay bonus penalized if you get sick. Life & Work balance is non-existent. They make goals complicated within incentives that they make it very difficult to achieve. They promise the best place to work but it's like a hot sweatshop.

To move to a different position, its all about who you know and brown nosing. Prior auth department has daily changes, which causes employes to be prone to errors which effects evaluations and bonuses. Micro manage too much, feels like a prison at times.
