Youthfulness in management is chosen over experience because of "high energy" but decisions are made in pursuit of savings without carefully weighing risk; the steady preaching about how size of company will help drive business and help patients does not square with how labor is treated. Basically, the worst company I have worked for in my professional career.

They make most other call centers seem like a piece of cake. Back to back to back to back calls, especially during day shift and peek times. Strict scripts to go by. Almost every call is a bad call and most times you could tell it was Express Scripts fault. The company continued to raise standards that seemed almost unreachable. Not the job for parents who don't have a very good family plan in case your child gets sick. They can care less. I hear it has gotten better, but it is only from people within management. I would need to get on Valium to go back to that job again.
