Pros

Great pay and bonuses. The people in the trenches trying to help the customers are hard working and passionate.

Cons

Mgmt spends it's time trying to figure out how to increase their own pay, cut employee costs, and buy another company. Work life balance is a buzz word only. For a company that prints money the benefits (outside of pay) are weak. Just 6 holidays? Company tries to grow thru acquisition instead of improving employees and processes. Loyalty is purchased so workers burn out or get frustrated or both. Contractors are abused.

Pros

Wish I could say decent pay

Cons

Directors can't direct Managers can't manage Supervisors are clueless Team leads are want to be all of the above who are inexperienced, think they know it all and play a key part in keeping this company down. Supervisors (BB) takes old processes that have been working fine and come up with horrible ideas that drag down a department (bulk an prep) and sends the ripple effect into the warehouse department that results in Mandatory overtime daily and on weekends. This place sucks! And the ideas of upper management suck along with it. This place has no concern for work/life balance although that's what they preach. And now, if you have a scheduled PTO on a Monday for an extended weekend and Saturday is mandated you are required to work the Saturday or be punished. That's how the Warehouse works! Please stay away from this place!!!!!

Pros

Benefits are good and depending on your position you can work from home

Cons

WORK LIFE BALANCE! I spent more time working than being with my family, even after hours the expectation was to be available for clients. I was working 70+ hours a week when I left and that was not good enough for management. ESI was a great place to work until they bought Medco- all downhill from there. Management looks for any little thing to mark you threshold and not give you a raise or bonus.
