- Extreme’ pressure all the time, you’re going to feel like you’re walking on eggshells over here 24/7. - No work life balance. - You’re expected to work longer than 40 hrs and sometimes on weekends too. Contractors get paid extra, since they’re hourly, whereas FTEs have to give away their time for free. - No support for employees. - Lack of diversity. - The pay is low for the work that is required. - The expectation is for you to check on your computer constantly, until 8pm-9pm.

I believe they could have a better pay scale for the amount of work that is required daily. It’s a very fast pace job that can be very stressful at time. It feels like they have certain people trained to handle special clients, however, our pay is the same as everyone else’s. It would be nice to be compensated for being trained.
