Pros
there are no pros when you work for a company that sucks the life out of its employees. All the medco integration was in part paid by the employees at the bottom that stopped receiving a quarterly bonus the year before the merger went through!!! ESI is a company that does NOT value their employees.
Cons
Many!! this company demands and demands from the employees but never gives recognition or if any, very minimal.
