Pros

The PTO (paid time off) is pretty good. That is the only thing at this time

Cons

well considering you have to go through goverment clearence to work there it seems like they would treat there employees with a little respect. Alot of direction without thought. A just do it we will worry about it later

Pros

Express Scripts pays its employees well and gives them good health benefits. They talk a lot about mutual respect and fairness as well as honesty and integrity and I think that for the most part, they live up to these things.

Cons

Express Scripts does nothing to ensure that its union sites recieve the same types of benefits that its non-union sites receive. Union sites recieve none of the bonus packages that other sites recieve unless the WHOLE site achieves the bonus. Harrisburg union site does not offer benefits to domestic partners as ESI does and employee morale at the union sites are very very low.
