Pros

Good work experience, good coworkers and good benefits

Cons

HR was horrible. I needed to go out of town for a family members funeral and HR had me get a program from the funeral. When I returned the program to her she asked "how do I know this is your relative.?" It was absurd. Nobody should be treated that way when a family member has passed away. Have to plan far in advance to take PTO. High turnover.

Pros

Living in a small town without a car makes it very hard to find employment. If you are trying to get an education those benefits are good, the benefit deductibles and copays are not great. You have to be available to work every holiday unless you take vacation.

Cons

What a horrific place to work, pennies for raises, scheduled 2 weeks off vacation three months in advance to see a new grandchild on the opposite coast. One week before it was time to go it was cancelled due to business needs. Had to advise that I had paid for vacation rental and had to literally beg and plead for the time off. Medco people make way more than ESI legacy so they are firing all of them. No one knows what they are doing with the Medco merge, had to delay my son's funeral because no one knew who was handling the death benefits. It took 2 weeks and 14 calls before one person sent me to the correct person at Medco.
