Exceptionally toxic work environment. Lots of management by intimidation. Only six paid holidays per year. High turnover. Ops VPs Change yearly.

I think one downhill thing to consider is to remind other coworkers that communication / body language is important. There were times where your questions weren't valuable or if it was being overlooked. Sometimes it didn't mean harm but it was overbearing / stressful at times to withstand on weekly basis.
