Pros
The building/cafeteria are very nice and pleasant to work in, the people can be kind and the PTO is generous- 20 days total. The work from home policy is also great
Cons
Very strict hierarchy- your perceived worth is determined by your title. There are strict rules stating that you can't even apply for a new position without your manager's approval, and this limits upward growth. It seems like people's actions are motived by the desire to move to the next step on the corporate ladder, not by what is actually the best choice for patients and the company. Too many people with management titles that create unneeded processes.
