Keep laying off skilled & long-term talent to bring in cheaper, greener recruits. Do not value or reward professional loyalty and year-over-year good performance. Laid off employees with 25+ years experience and proven track records. Little career growth & opportunity, especially for NJ or non-St. Louis employees. Uninspiring executive leadership in last few years.
