Pros

Great Benefits, Competitive Pay, lots opportunity to advance, and lots of overtime

Cons

Can be hectic from time to time dealing with angry patients. Some supervisors show favoritism, and it can be a lil unorganized from.

Overall an Awful Company

Pros

Decent pay, usable accrued PTO per check, really good health insurance, 401k plans

Cons

poor upper management, no sick days (under federal grounds), hours stretch and shrink too much, not flexible with disabilities, no opportunities to advance in position unless you're close with management.

Pros

-Benefits are decent -You're earning income -w/ the potential for bonuses (paid holidays) -6 hours and a few minutes of PTO every two weeks are earned

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE!!! (for me working here was just straight up miserable) -calls are BACK TO BACK TO BACK TO BACK -makes other call center jobs seem like a walk in the park -they carry on about their "express way values" - but its BS -training was terrible- ONLY because it does not prepare you for ANYTHING you'll go through on the phones-only thing I really took out of training was how to navigate the system -not paid enough for the way you're treated and spoken to on the phones (called out of name, threatened, and all other sorts of discriminating communication) -they expect life to not happen , so if anything comes up you better hope you have some pto saved up bc you'll get an occurrence -team leads don't help like they try to make it seem like they do, just there for coaching thats about it -A LOT of system issues & they still want you taking calls, even when you can't help -other people in management aren't really any help either -would not recommend for parents or anyone in school -because it's just ONE BIG HEADACHE ! -different departments are CLUELESS to their job to some it up the job is NOT for everybody
